Inventory files can be directly uploaded from the iOS app.
The file from the app is named "inventory_XXXXXXXX.json" where XXXXXXXX is the current time of the upload.
The time is added to provide uniqueness to the file naming.
In case the file exists when trying to be uploaded, the app user will get a message letting him/her know to try again in a second or two.

The Process Inventory Files button processes all json files.
If the entry is already in the database, the entry is skipped.
The entry is unique by:
area
section
sequence
auditor

The first time the inventory is loaded is sorted by area, section, and sequence. Columns can be sorted as needed
rows with red text show items that were not found in the item master.
The PROCESS INVENTORY FILES button takes all the files that were uploaded from the app and added into the inventory.
The VIEW INVENTORY button shows a table with the current inventory after processing the files.
The CREATE OUTPUT FILE button created deca2.csv file as specified on the requirement.
  • We need to talk about the output file. There are two different requirements:
1.- For fixed weighted items, four fields are required
2.- For random weighted items, five fields are required
    Two different files?
The INITILIZE INVENTORY button allows to delete the current inventory.
The files are not deleted. It will be better if they are copied to another location before removing them
