Import Guest List

Import a guest list from a csv file.
You can download the sample file used Here to see how the file is formatted.
There are fields that have been added for future use.

Send the GuestList.csv file to your email that you have setup on your device. Once you open the email, tap and hold for a few seconds and your device will give you the the option to open it with apps capable of reading the file. Select Paperless Event Checking In and the file will be processed. The data will be loaded into the app.

Search to check in

The app shows a list of all guest and you can tap to search. The search is very effient and once you find the guest, swipe to the left to check the guest in.

Use a bluetooth scanner

If you use only barcodes, you can use a external bluetooth scanner and your check in process will be greatly improved. You can even have your device on the wall while you scan the barcodes and the colors will indicate the status of the search.
Green - The code was found
Red - The code was not found
Yellow - The code was scanned before

Use the device camera

Your device camera will allow you to scan barcodes and QR codes. You will need to type the Name after each scan to start a new scan
